My work spans paid media, e-commerce, content, and web—mostly in roles where I’m optimizing and cleaning up systems already in motion. I currently contract as a Digital Marketing Specialist managing Google Ads for a multi-location urgent care and occupational health organization, and I’ve rebuilt GTM tracking so key actions like calls are captured accurately. I also work as a Web Specialist for a music brand, supporting promotions and e-commerce while improving SEO foundations, schema, and analytics (GA4 + Search Console). My background includes independent journalism, multi-brand content marketing, and hands-on e-commerce growth across storefronts, ads, email, and analytics—grounded by early healthcare experience that shaped my communication and process mindset.
Alongside my work, I’ve stayed committed to education and growth. I completed my Master of Science in Business at Southern New Hampshire University after earning my Bachelor of General Studies in Society & Social Problems from SNHU. I also hold an A.A. in Developmental & Child Psychology and an A.S. in General Studies from Highland Community College.
To keep my skills sharp, I’ve completed certifications in SEO (UC Davis), Brand Management (University of London), and Media Ethics & Governance (University of Amsterdam), plus training in analytics, business intelligence, project management, and digital marketing through ongoing coursework.
My workflow reflects how modern strategy is built.
