Hi, I’m Crystal Gonzalez, I am a marketing and web professional who’s genuinely obsessed with the intersection of data and human behavior.
I believe the best marketing (and the best businesses) happen when decisions are measurable, structured, and people centered. That’s why I don’t just look at KPIs on a dashboard, I look at what’s driving them: customer intent, team workflows, communication gaps, and the real-world moments that shape how people choose, trust, and take action. When you combine data with human behavior, you get clarity, and with clarity, you can build smarter strategies and stronger relationships.
With 7+ years of experience across freelancing, agency work, and e-commerce, I’ve learned that results aren’t created by luck, they’re created by seeing patterns, asking better questions, and staying consistent even when things get messy. My approach is simple: I identify what’s working, uncover what’s holding performance back, and map a path forward that improves outcomes without losing the human side of the business.
I see every organization like a beehive which is full of individual strengths, roles, and touchpoints that impact the customer experience. So, while we strengthen weaker areas in performance and communication, we’re also building up the people and systems behind the scenes—because better teams create better results.
My journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s made me relentless in the best way. I bring heart, grit, and strategy to the table—and I’m here to help businesses grow in a way that feels clear, sustainable, and real.
My work experience spans paid media, e-commerce, content, and web—usually in roles where I’m building, fixing, and improving what’s already in motion. Right now, I contract as a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on Google Paid Ads for a multi-location urgent care and occupational health organization, where I lead full-funnel strategy, optimize budgets, and collaborate with internal teams to connect campaign performance with clinic-level outcomes. I’ve also rebuilt and cleaned up tracking through Google Tag Manager so key actions (like calls) are captured accurately.
Alongside that, I work as a Web Specialist for a music brand, helping manage promotions, events, and e-commerce while improving site structure, SEO foundations, schema, and analytics setup (GA4 + Search Console). I’ve also worked as an independent local news writer—pitching and publishing timely coverage end-to-end—and as a content marketer supporting multiple client brands with blogs and social content aligned to search intent and business goals. Earlier in my career, I ran e-commerce-focused marketing work (storefronts, SEO, ads, email, analytics) and started out in healthcare roles that strengthened my communication, reliability, and process mindset.
Alongside my work, I’ve stayed committed to education and growth. I completed my Master of Science in Business at Southern New Hampshire University (May 2024–Dec 2025, GPA 3.97) after earning my Bachelor of General Studies in Society & Social Problems from SNHU (Jan 2019–Jan 2024, GPA 3.19). I also hold an A.A. in Developmental & Child Psychology and an A.S. in General Studies from Highland Community College.
To keep my skills sharp, I’ve completed certifications in SEO (UC Davis), Brand Management (University of London), and Media Ethics & Governance (University of Amsterdam), plus training in analytics, business intelligence, project management, and digital marketing through ongoing coursework.
